A Note from our Pastor

Dear Northeast Baptist Church Family,

Ecclesiastes 9 reminds us that life is precious and that none of us knows what tomorrow may bring.  Because our time is in God's hands, we are encouraged to live fully, love deeply and make the most of the opportunities God gives us today.  Sometimes we spend so much time worrying about tomorrow that we miss the blessings God has placed right in front of us today.  A conversation with someone we love, a chance to encourage a friend, a moment to serve, or simply the opportunity to thank God for His goodness are all gifts.

Ecclesiastes 9:10 says, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might."  May we approach each day with grateful hearts and a willingness to serve the Lord wherever He leads us.

We may not know what tomorrow holds but we know who holds tomorrow.  So today, let's choose joy, walk faithfully, love others, and make our lives count for Christ.

Praying that God fills your day with His presence and reminds you of just how precious each day truly is.
